the chicken breast is stuffed with any of the following options,

the chicken is breaded in panko, it’s crunchy and delicious.

an Indian Royal treat.  the chicken is cooked in Indian spices.

herbed roasted turkey with pan gravy and cranberry pear sauce.

fresh turkey, filled with herbs, onions, lemon & wine.  The gravy is smooth sweet & sour. the stuffing has water chestnuts, green onions and mushrooms

the turkey breast is cooked with spices and pancetta and the gravy too!

the churrasco is grilled just with salt, to keep it’s delicious flavor.

pepper steak

a tender steak is crusted with whole crushed black & red pepper and slowly roast, the merlot wine makes the magic.

sweet and sour eye round

the tender beef is stuffed with prunes and ham, then slowly roasted.  we serve it with demiglass sauce.

pork loin in ginger, balsamic vinegar and bacon

these chops are marinated two days in rosemary and olive oil and then grilled to perfection.

mint and pistachio stuffed leg of lamb

the lamb with the pistachio and the mint reminds you of the far east.

an excellent mixture of marinated tofu, mushrooms, red peppers, grilled zucchini, grilled eggplant, broccoli, scallions, dressed with tamari soy sauce.
