the red snapper. it has a rare hint of garlic and ginger.
these chops are marinated two days in rosemary and
olive oil and then grilled to perfection.
mint and pistachio stuffed leg of lamb
the lamb with the pistachio and the mint reminds you
of the far east.
delicious ravioli filled with goat cheese with herbs
in a rucula, black olives, almonds wine and cream sauce

sautéed home made gnocchi with mushrooms, bacon and

served in a skewer. We marinate all the ingredients one day
