How we work
We analyze with
you your food, presentation and budget needs and come together to
the most suitable solution for the occasion.
We bring the
heated food in professional equipment that keeps it warm before your
meal. The cold food is packed in ice for optimum serving
temperature.
We set up a buffet style meal that includes
all the disposables needed and the menu we agreed on.
We never forget
some bread, butter, the dressings, salt, pepper, everything you
need.
After your meal, we return to pick up our equipment
and package all your leftovers in disposable containers for you to
