Our menu includes entrana (skirt), vacio (flap meat), tira de asado
(ribs), mollejas (sweet breads), chicken and chorizos (sausage).
The best side dishes for our beef are some fresh salads, baked
potatoes and grilled veggies. Of course you will have some delicious

How we work
On the day of the
party we carry all our stuff according with what we have planned
with you.
You just sit and
relax.
Our "parrilleros"
grill the meat and veggies. You may have your beef rare,
medium rare, done, well done. Just go by the barbeque and ask
for the piece you want.
We include the
tablecloths, entrée, salads, salad dressings, desserts, napkins, plates, and
plastic-ware.
After your meal, we pick up our equipment
and package all your leftovers in disposable containers for you to
enjoy even more on the next day No worry, no fuss. So, the next time you
want to
